Dates: Nov 2007 to Nov 2007
How did the project start?
A client we'd worked with several years earlier approached us with a new business idea - to develop a brand and website which would focus on the needs of customers with accessibility needs, whatever form they took.
What options did you consider?
We developed various interface concepts, varying from simple contrasting designs to visual graphic solutions. A route which balanced both approaches was identified as the best solution, appealing to a very wide market.
What help and expertise did you receive?
Working closely with our clients, they helped us understand not only their business needs, but the needs of the website users themselves.
Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
Understanding the target markets needs and wants was very important to us. All of our team is now aware of many more accessibility issues and how they affect peoples lives.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
The website is live and attracting interest for findingways from local users and investors alike.
What are your plans for the future?
Once the business is fully operational and the site has developed a strong user base the findingways website and brand will be extended and hopefully delivered across the UK and beyond.
