We were recommended to the client via word of mouth, and were contacted early in 2007
What options did you consider?
Scale of site and whether to create a learning centre or concentrate on the core process.
What help and expertise did you receive?
Very little!
Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
Funding (grant) processes were the most problematic - abandoned by the client in the end as it was taking too long.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
Accessible and usable site with a happy client, and as far as we can see no rival sites doing anything similar.
What are your plans for the future?
To develop the site's exposure and features.
