How did the project start?

MAAD approached the 'just for kids' charity
championed by Metro Radio and Magic FM, and offered to provide it's services free to help the charity anyway it could.

What options did you consider?

When producing a short video spot which was to be played before the annual ball and form part of their marketing for their website the 'message' had to be carefully considered.

Instead of producing a 'look' at what the just for kids charity have done with your money in the past year MAAD decided to focus on the children and the families that they help.

What help and expertise did you receive?

MAAD worked closely with the charity throughout the production and in fact it was them that chose the track to accompany the video.

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?

The timeframe was the greatest challenge, only having a couple of weeks to produce the spot proved very tight.

Did MAD learn any lessons I suppose sometime you just have to focus on the overall feeling you get from the piece rather than how 'technically' correct or polished each scene is.

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

Hopefully this video spot is helping raise money for the charity and creating awareness of the great work the team at metro do.

What are your plans for the future?

MAAD continue to support the charity and are looking forward to producing the next video spot.
