Following an earlier award for our website and building on positive customer feedback for our website, we didn't want to rest on our laurels and so completely rebuilt out site, keeping all the good elements and adding many new ideas.

Key challenge was to bring a new look and new improved features WITHOUT losing what already worked and destroying functionality and service systems we had built our reputation on
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
Business is now even more automated and efficient which allows us to give even more time to providing a personal service - which is key to our reputation
What are your plans for the future?
Upgrade the site further, open new business categories and relaunch a mail-order catalogue
