How did the project start?

As a new startup company we needed our first website. After working through multiple concepts we finally launched our new website in March 2008.

What options did you consider?

We considered running with a more technical website with fancy scrolling content but opted for a more simply designed relatively static website that showed that we have an eye for design despite being a technical company at heart.

What help and expertise did you receive?

We received a helping hand from one of our design agency clients who helped to bring our design concepts to life.

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?

We didn't want to come across as being too nerdy or use too much jargon (as we aren't and don't), and we also wanted to show our potential clients that we have an eye for design too. (Hopefully we have done just that)

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

Our website has helped to give our business a more professional look and feel.

What are your plans for the future?

As we work undercover (so to speak) for our current clients, we sometimes struggle to show our potential clients any examples of our work.

To overcome this problem, we have developed a Content Management Showcase where clients can have a play and see how simple and easy our bespoke Content Management Systems are to use.

We will be launching this in the next couple of weeks.
