How did the project start?
In addition to a new website design, The Crown Inn wanted to implement a blog to update customers about new developments and upcoming events.
What options did you consider?
We considered a message board but felt that a blog would better suit their needs.
What help and expertise did you receive?
We have in-house PHP expertise.
Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
Writing a user guide that was both helpful, easy to read and informative was a challenge.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
The Crown Inn website now has more of an interactive element and can successfully inform customers of any recent changes to things such as opening hours or menu adjustments.
What are your plans for the future?
We hope to further improve the blogs features in the near future.
