How did the project start?
We have a long and successful business relationship with Roz, Blue Soul's managing director. So when she contacted us to say that she wanted to refresh her brand and become more focused on creating key marketing messages, we jumped at the chance.
What options did you consider?
We had previously designed both a logo and website for Blue Soul that was very much in keeping with what you'd expect to see from holistic massage experts. We decided early on that we wanted to move away from this and create a unique brand experience for Blue Soul.
What help and expertise did you receive?
We consulted heavily with Roz as we considered her to be Blue Soul's very own unique selling point. She has an enormously positive outlook on life, quirky sense of humour and a really cares about her clients.
So with this in mind, we wanted the site and it's key marketing messages to reflect Roz's personality and attitude.
Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
This project really helped us understand the importance of getting to know your client. We also learnt how a domain name can really help support a brand and build upon a marketing campaign. bluesoulfeeling.co.uk encapsulated what we were trying to say.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
It has helped Roz and her business stand out from what is a competitive market place.
It has also given her key marketing messages to build on in the future.
What are your plans for the future?
Plans for the future include ad campaigns to support the site's key messages plus continual development of the site to ensure it stays fresh.
