How did the project start?
A brand new estate agents, Live Here, wanted a website design to match their brand logo to promote the company and increase their brand awareness.
What options did you consider?
Being a start-up company, we designed and implemented a design that was fresh and appealing to the student market in order to attract custom away from the more corporate estate agents.
What help and expertise did you receive?
We have in-house design, CSS, Flash and SEO expertise.
Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
Implementing a property search that was already created by another company was difficult but eventually fashioned in line with the new look.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
Since the site has been live, letslivehere.co.uk has attracted large volumes of users from targets areas such as Glasgow, Edinburgh and Leeds as well as increasing walk-in enquiries.
What are your plans for the future?
Further improvements are in the pipeline.
