How did the project start?

Steve Mayes contacted us in order to re-design his existing identity and website. The aim of the website was to promote his three quite different services.

What options did you consider?

With the site being a portal to three different services, the website had to be easy to use. The solution was to use tabs with a visual overstate that helped users understand the 3 different options.

What help and expertise did you receive?

As a visual person himself, Steve lead the way in terms of how he wanted his images to been seen. Steve had a very clear idea of how he wanted his website to work.

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?

The challenge was to promote the 3 services equally, as each service is aimed at different markets. To help we used a colour coded system so user would know which section they were in.

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

The website has been a great success for Steve and is placed highly on search engines. This has raised the profile of his business.

What are your plans for the future?

Steve has control over his portfolio so he can constantly update his website, giving him a chance to improve his profile by letting more people enjoy his work.
