Dates: Apr 2007 to Jul 2007
How did the project start?
We had already worked alongside the team at Babybrite on the development of the branding and existing website. With the new skills we had learned and with their requirement for further information to go online we approached Babybrite with a new website design concept and future development ideas.
What options did you consider?
Being able to analyse the statistics from their existing website gave us a good understanding of which of the existing content was important and which wasn't. This allowed us to tailor a more user friendly version of the website for Babybrite.
What help and expertise did you receive?
As always the online web community resources proved invaluable in the coding of the new website.
Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
We didn't face any challenges during the design of the new website as we had already learned all we needed to know for this project from the previous website we had created for the client.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
The new Babybrite website has gone down very well with the client and they are consistently receiving high praise for the website from their customers. The accurate information on the website and the ability for customers to book and pay online has allowed the Babybrite team to concentrate on what they do best: deliver the best possible 4D baby scanning service.
What are your plans for the future?
With the imminent expansion of the business and the possible future franchising of the business, plans are already on the table for the expansion of the website.
