How did the project start?

Our client approached us after browsing through the areas other web design agency websites. She wasn't getting any confidence of the other agency's being able to deliver what she wanted until she saw our website. She knew that she wanted a website that looked different and fresh and was confident that Finn William would deliver this for her.

What options did you consider?

Looking at the products she would be selling, the market-place the website would be required to appeal to and listening to the thoughts and feelings from the client we knew that the site had to have a colourful interface, easy to use navigation and fun, appealing character.

What help and expertise did you receive?

We're a fairly new website design agency in the North East and we are continually learning and developing our skills with each project we undertake. We didn't require too much help during the project but we did heavy research and development into increasing our own expertise in the creation and development of online shopping website designs.

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?

We didn't face too many challenges during this project. The main lesson we learned during this project, as with all our web design projects, is that organisation is key. We are developing and nurturing a design-timeline that we use with all our web design projects. This enables us to streamline the design process and is allowing us to better meet client deadlines without jeopardising the quality and design of the project.

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

The Client is very pleased with the website we have created for her. It exceeded her expectations. The website, branding and marketing tools we have created for her have given her even more confidence in her brand. She is now thinking on how we can work with her on the future development of her business.

What are your plans for the future?

The Client is very pleased with the branding and website designs we have created for her. The next stage of the project is to further develop and nurture the branding and website plus develop bespoke packaging and marketing solutions for the client too.
