How did the project start?

We were contacted by Danny and Trina from DTF with the purpose of getting us to design a clear identity and brand, including their website. They needed our help to explain and differentiate their very unique service to customers.

What options did you consider?

We considered a very business like and slick looking brochure website design but this felt as though it wouldn't allow them to stand out from their competitors or get across their personality.

What help and expertise did you receive?

We worked closely with Danny and Trina and our technical developers to ensure that the site looked great and worked as well as possible.

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?

It proved to be a challenge devising the right tone of voice and visual look of the site. Once we began to explore the less obvious and stretched what people would expect from a same day courier service website, we came up with a solution to make them stand out from competitors.

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

DTF Couriers has launched their first website and although in it's infancy it has generated many enquiries.

What are your plans for the future?

The next stage of the website development is to optimise the site ensuring that as many people as possible get to find out about this unique company and their website.
