How did the project start?
After winning the pitch for the website we developed an exhaustive sitemap in conjunction with Connect to ensure that every aspect of their business was showcased in the right way.
What options did you consider?
The relationship between the clinics, locations, treatments and other information was a complex one that we distilled into an easy to update content management system.
What help and expertise did you receive?
We worked closely with our Design counterparts (who also managed the photoshoots for site photography) and with Connect to ensure the website was accurate and timely in delivery.
Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
There was a challenge in turning the sitemap into easy-to-navigate website. By working closely with our design department we created something that presents what could be confusing information in an attractive and navigable format.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
The website has transformed Connect's online image to match their fresh offline image and will help to drive business towards their clinics.
What are your plans for the future?
Phase one of the website is completed, further phases and additions are scheduled for later in the year.
