How did the project start?

We wanted to develop Contact25 into a global player in the market for speed networking services. The website is the most important tool for generating new business.

What options did you consider?

We considered a number of different designs but settled on a clean, professional black and white look and feel which reflected the company image.

What help and expertise did you receive?

None - it was an in-house job(Jukebox Marketing own Contact25)

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?

We have created a very cool dynamic currency converter which means we can take on promoters anywhere in the world.

We have also developed table planning software and an online CRM to help us to take on promoters to run speed networking events globally.

The table planning software was especially challenging as it needed to be all online and ensure that people don't meet people they have met before at the events. Our first attempts used up so much memory it crashed so had to refine it considerably to load within seconds.

We've also spent a long time on the CRM which enables it's users to send batch html emails to prospective an existing customers. This has really streamlined the way they operate.

What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?

We have leant loads from this development and many of the technologies used will be replicated in new sites. For example, we are current developing a version of the CRM for some opticians which also enables them to take bookings online from their patients.

What are your plans for the future?

We hope to expand our promoter network internationally with current interest in Ireland, Canada and America.
