How did the project start?
Dawson and Sanderson needed to redesign their websites to accommodate for the market demands. After in depth market research it came apparent the websites need to be more user friendly and more content rich.
What options did you consider?
Different layouts, structure, content and design were carefully considered. As Dawson and Sanderson strongly believe that their websites should be “alive”, constant updates and enrichments are all part of the plans.

Did you face any challenges or learn any lessons?
As a travel agent, Dawson and Sanderson sources the best deals from around the world – literally. Therefore, our main challenge was to incorporate third party content on the websites and to achieve a unified appearance across the Dawson and Sanderson brands. This experience has shown us the importance of B2B communication and cooperation.
What are the outcomes and how has it improved your business?
The redesigned Holidayco.co.uk website received a warm welcome from Dawson and Sanderson customers with an 80% increase in traffic numbers.
What are your plans for the future?
We plan to continuously expand the content of the Holidayco.co.uk website and have already taken steps to add new features in the very near future.
