Any information you leave should be accurate and up to date.
The Company may contact you by email or direct mail where appropriate periodically to check the information held about you is up to date. This is necessary to ensure the Company's compliance with its obligations under the Data Protection legislation.

If you would like to remove all your user details from the Website, simply send a written request by email to the Company and put "unsubscribe" in the subject line. The Company will reply by email to confirm that your details have been removed. The Company aims to ensure that all cancelled memberships are dealt with within 48 hours of receipt of such request, however the Company shall not be liable to you should this 48 hour target fail to be achieved.
